Producing the freshest and the finest organic whole-grain flours since 1974.

Kevin and Matsuko Christenson have owned Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill since 2007. Our interest in the mill was to be involved in something local and make a no excuses product. Just good fresh organic healthy food. We enjoy making Organic Flour and are working hard to support and encourage local farmers to grow grains for us.

We are commited to making the freshest flour on the earth. All our flour is made to order.

Fairhaven Flour began as a co-operative in 1974, the flour was an immediate success in the area and soon people from near and far were requesting Fairhaven Organic Flour for their recipes. Although no longer a co-operative the mill is family owned and remains committed to providing organic flour for discerning bakers through the Northwest.
