FAIRHAVEN ORGANIC FLOUR MILL

Producing the freshest and the finest organic whole-grain flours since 1974.

Bill and Lisa Distler owned and operated Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill for 19 years. In the fall of 2007 the mill was sold to Kevin and Matsuko Christenson.

We are commited to making the freshest flour on the earth. We are grateful to Bill and Lisa for their commitment to keeping this mill operating. And we look forward to giving our customers fresh Organic Flours.

Starting out as a co-operative in 1974, the flour was an immediate success in the area and soon people from near and far were requesting Fairhaven Organic Flour for their recipes. Although no longer a co-operative the mill remains committed to providing organic flour for discerning bakers through the Northwest.
