We are at 2.5 years at our Burlington Facility. Since adding a 3rd mill here we are producing all our Gluten free Flours on one mill. We still run a small amount of Gluten Flour on this mill but do an extensive cleaning process before running all of our Gluten Free flours.
In the past 5 years we have gone from locally sourcing our grains from only 5% to now over 60%. Our Wheat for (bread , pastry and Pasta) as well as our Barley, Corn and Buckwheat are all Washington Grown.
You help us greatly by purchasing our flour from one of the stores listed below. If you don't see what you want at your local store ask them to carry it. We are constanly fighting to maintain shelf precence and we can't buy our way in and keep prices affordable but customer insistence is a powerful tool to keep us on the shelf.
