Our
grains come from dedicated organic grain
growers throughout
the west. We then mill it in our small
family-run mill, thus providing you with
the very freshest, wholesome baking flours
on the planet.
Our whole wheat bread flour is milled from
Hard Red Spring Wheat, tested
at 13-15% protein. Higher protein means better
nutrition, better rising qualities, and less
flour needed in recipes.
By milling only organically-grown grains,
we are supporting healthy farmlands and a
sustainable, ecologically-responsible agriculture.
