Yield: 12 Mini Waffles

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Fairhaven Mill Organic All-Purpose White Flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and vegetable oil
3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated
4. Grease waffle maker with butter or coat lightly with cooking spray
5. Pour 2-3 tbsp of batter into waffle maker and cook until golden brown
6. Top with strawberries & whipped cream and serve warm
